Shoujounohige

Shoujounohige (猩々髭, Shōjōnohige?, lit. Drunkard's beard)^[1] are dark, hair-like mushi that are drawn to and feed on Kouki. They are made up of tendrils that resemble dark red hair or string, which they use to carry Kouki back to their nest. Mushishi use them to find their way to a Mushishi banquet, where they can refill their Kouki supply from a Light Vein.
